Oneness & Not
I had a conversation this morning where my conversation partner mentioned "oneness" and I felt it did not quite match my experience, although we obviously talked about something very similar.
For me right now, I can say...
There is just what is happening, in a completely ordinary way - with sounds, sensations, movement, emotions, thoughts, a room, music, pure awareness and so on - and there is no "I" to be found anywhere in all of this.
There is not really any oneness here, and also not really any fragmentation. It is just what is, and it is beyond and includes oneness and fragmentation.
It is possible to say that it is a transcendent oneness, embracing and including conventional oneness and fragmentation, but that seems a little too convoluted and unnecessary. It is to try to add a layer of abstraction on that which is beyond and contains abstractions.
