Liberation

Liberation can be looked at in many different ways.

Finding ourselves as formless awareness, we liberate experiences and they liberate us. We liberate them to come and go on their own, as they inherently do anyway. They liberate us from a sense of struggle and suffering.

Going a little further, we can see that there is also a process of liberating the sense of "I". First, it is liberated from our human self and placed upon formless awareness. Then, it is liberated from being stably placed anywhere. The "I" is liberated from being stuck somewhere, and being believed in and taken as gospel truth. And the "I" liberate what is from being stuck to it.
