Stillness & Movement
Using Douglas Harding's experiments, I find myself as stillness & movement.
I am stillness - free from any movement.
And I am movement - the landscape passing through me when my human self is in a car or walking along the streets, the rooms rotating and passing through me when my human self walks through the house, the limbs of my human self moving around in all different ways and directions, the emotions and thoughts moving through me.
And these two are inseparable, only a product of an added layer of abstractions which appears to divide up the seamlessness of what is.
