Walking

Walking home the few blocks from the UU Church and our house this evening, I noticed a dynamic between enjoying the walk and wanting to already be home.

When I came to myself as headless and Big Mind, these impulses now occurred in a quite different context. I found the landscape moving through me as still capacity. I found myself - as the small self, walking through myself - as Big Mind. And I found myself, as capacity for the world, becoming the pavement, the houses, the night sky, the stars - as they came up in the present.
