Thoughts as Questions

Byron Katie mentions that we can see thoughts as questions. That every statement is naturally followed by "is it really so?", although we often miss that part.

My experience with thoughts arising, when I find myself as space & awareness, is that they don't seem very subtantial. They come and go on their own - living their own life. Compared with the immediacy and vividness of direct experience of phenomena, they seem like pale and uninteresting abstractions. And I also see how they, when appropriate, become useful tools in helping me clarify, explore and communicate. And yes, they do seem like questions - a way to explore various aspects of Existence. In this context of my fuller holarchy of being, even statements become exploratory. They are revealed as questions.
