All Phenomena as Guests
As I become more familiar with my holarchy of being - myself as space & awareness and all phenomena arising in the present - I see that all phenomena are guests, passing through temporarily and on their own accord.
Maybe it is easiest to see this with thoughts. They come and go, arising in the present and passing through this space & awareness. I can choose to engage with them or not.
And I see that this is the case for all phenomena, whether they appear internal or external to the small self. They come and go on their own accord. They live their own life, passing through this space & awareness. And I can choose to engage with them or not.
