Present II

All of Existence manifests in rich and fluid way in the present. And this space & awareness I find myself to be, and the rich tapestry of phenomena arising within this space, arises in the present.

It is always new, always different, always fresh.

I can temporarily be caught up in thoughts, in abstractions relating to this now or past or future nows, but even this arises in the present. I am never lost in the past or future, because even narrowing the focus of awareness to abstractions of the past and future, arises here and now.

All that is needed, is a gentle shift in noticing.
