No Label

When I received Breema last night, an experience arose - a combination of sensation/emotion - which I then added a label and a story to. As soon as I did that, the experience seemed clear and stable. I noticed the label, dropped it, and the experience immediately changed - into something I couldn't easily put a label to even if I wanted. It was neither pleasant or unpleasant, just interesting and fleeting.
