Arising

I have written about it before, but it keeps coming up for me...

When something arises in me, it is for me.

When an advice arises in me, I may see it as for someone else as long as I am confused, but when I am clear I see that it is for me.

When a skill or an insight arises in me, I may tell myself a story about how it is for someone else, but when the fog lifts I see that this too is for me. It is for me to experience and explore fully. And when I do this, it becomes more easily available for others as well. When I drop my story about it being for someone else, it frees others up to relate to it or not - in the way they choose to. That is their process, and so clearly not mine.
