Heart mirroring head mirroring belly

Also nothing new, but something that keeps coming up throughout the day...

When my heart is closed off towards someone or something, the view is split, and emotions tends to be more reactive. When me heart opens towards someone or something, the view reflects more closely the field as a field, and emotions becomes more full, nurturing and supportive.

In the first case, each of the three centers reflect a sense of I and Other, and aversion to the particular other. The heart is closed, the view confused and split, emotions reactive.

In the second case, each of the three centers reflect a sense of the field as a field, and a recognition of whatever arises as the field itself. The heart is open, the view reflects a more nondual realization, and the emotions gives a sense of fullness, nurturing and support.
