Ordinary Concerns

After awakening, there is still of course the ordinary concerns of daily human life. The difference is in the context.

Before awakening, we tend to be blindly caught up in it and experience it as a struggle. After awakening, we see it happening within us as everything else, and there is more of a sense of release and ease.

Of course, even after awakening - the content and the ground take turns being at the foreground. The volume of one goes up and brings it temporarily to the foreground. Sometimes, we are more focused on the world of form and the challenges of daily life. Other times, the ground - the Unborn, formless awareness - comes to the foreground, allowing a more clear sense of release.
