A More Integral Path

My own path, as it is taking form...

  • Zen
Meditation - gives focus, clarity, energy intesity (support for certain breakthrougs).

  • Big Mind
    Transdual view and psychotherapy.

  • Breema
Meditation in action - deepening the connection with body, and continual exporation of the relative and absolute.

  • Waking Down (emerging - possibly into the future or not)
Framework for a deepening and integral practice - up, down and mutuality.
And in addition - a mix of community engagement, ecological view and engagement, nutrition, outdoors activities, etc.
