The Wisdom that is Already Here
I have been doing the Round Robin for four months now, each month doing The Work with a new person, almost daily.
Today, I facilitated my new RR partner for the first time, and again, I am amazed of the wisdom that comes pouring out when people do The Work, especially if they have done it for a while and the wheels are a little greased.
It is a wisdom that sometimes goes far beyond what I often see in psychologists and even spiritual teachers. It is a wisdom that comes from real life experience, and is drawn out and noticed with the help of the four questions and the turnarounds.
It is a wisdom that helps Ground remember what it really is. That allows its inherent clarity, compassion and wisdom to shine through this human form.
