Congested

One of the many symptoms of believing in having a head, believing in thoughts etc. is a congested facial expression. I notice this for myself, and it seems pretty obvious in others as well.

So this is also one of the many reminders of contractions, and - if that comes up - a reminder to apply one of the remedies, such as headlessness, Byron Katie's inquiry, coming to the breath/body, asking myself if I can be with what I am experiencing, etc.
