Changes
During the first half of the Breema intensive, I experienced many changes and effects including a strong experience of fire in the hara (clear borders and effects throughout the system). During the second half of the intensive, there were fewer obvious changes - although the Breema atmosphere deepened still.
Now, after the intensive, I have a strong experience of the personality (including body) being fluid and spacious. There is fluid personality, and space and timelessness, and there is no separation. Manifestations and the absolute are fluidly woven together... Space, awareness, body, personality - all there, fluid expressions of Existence.
